Hello Fellow Customer Success Pros,

I have some very exciting news and it is coming to your FIRST!

Some of you might have seen on Linkedin that I am no longer hosting The Customer Success Channel Podcast, but fear not! I love hosting podcasts and tons of you love hearing my voice (I have no idea why! 🤔). So I promised I would be back with more podcasts for you and here I am to share that I have launched a new podcast - The Customer Success Pro Podcast!

You now have first access to this podcast! Check out the trailer and please subscribe on Apple Podcast, Spotify, or even on Youtube! I am dropping the first episode next week on Wednesday March 6th!

Many of your are long time listeners and I consider you my CS friends because I have been with you in your car rides, on your walks with your dogs, or on your morning commute on the subway. So it would mean the world to me if you would follow along on my new podcast journey, but can I ask a tiny favour? Do you mind leaving a review on my new podcast on Apple or Spotify, as I am starting over from scratch your reviews and rating will really help boost the visibility of The Customer Success Pro Podcast!
