Thank you so much to everyone coming out to our very first The Customer Success Pro Live event in New York City. Hosting our debut NYC event was a dream of mine, and seeing the room full of passionate CS Pros made it everything I hoped it would be and so much more. 💗

The Customer Success community is one that I truly cherish and will always continue to pour my energy into. I love that we get chances to meet IRL rather than behind a screen. And I will continue to try and make more events IRL happen.

Who knows, maybe someday we will be hosting the podcast in Spotify’s offices or YouTube’s offices? 👀

This is only the beginning. We will be hosting more live events around the globe, so if you ever want the podcast to come to a city near you, just let me know. I would genuinely love to hear where you are. And if you have office space to bring the community together please let me know.
